Round 3 of state-level counselling of MBBS and BDS courses of the 20252026 session is being done by the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh. Registration on the official portal is possible between 6 October 2025 and 9 October 2025. Under this round, the candidates are provided with a second chance to obtain the medical/dental seats under the Uttar Pradesh quota by online registration, choice filling, seat distribution, and reporting.

1. Such a portal: upneet.gov.in.
2. Click NEET UG 2025 under registration/ counselling.
3. Input your qualifications (NEET roll number, the application number, and date of birth)
4. Post necessary papers (academic, identity, category, etc.)
5. Make the registration + security deposit fee online.
6. Select and fill your options of college and course.
7. Take down the allotment outcome upon announcement.
8. Make a report to the allocated college using original documents.
