The National Testing Agency (NTA) has already published the JEE Main 2026 registration notification for both the Session 1 (January 2026) and the Session 2 (April 2026). Students who want to undertake engineering in famous institutes like NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and those wishing to undertake IITs through JEE Advanced can now apply online.
Application has begun on the official JEE Main portal (jeemain.nta.nic.in). The applicants will have to complete the form, provide documents, and pay the application fee within the deadline.

JEE Main 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: The candidates must have or will have passed Class 12 or equivalent in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Subjects Compulsory: Physics and Mathematics are compulsory, and one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a Technical Vocational subject.
- Age Restriction: JEE Main 2026 has no upper age restriction to feature in.
- Candidates will be allowed to attempt JEE Main thrice consecutively, with two attempts in a year.

- Complete the registration by giving your name and date of birth, mobile phone number, and email address.
- Enter the generated credentials and provide academic, personal, and exam-related information.
- Choose the session/s you want to attend and give preferences to the exam city.
- Add scanned documents, such as a passport-size photo, signature, and category certificate (where needed).
- You will be required to pay the application fee online through debit/ credit card, UPI, or net banking.
- Save the confirmation page and download it to refer to it in the future.
